This villa is located within a national park in a 1650 sqm site of Sengokuhara, Hakone-cho. It is placed attentively according to the relation with its surrounding geography. Trees are strongly integrated into the villa, which evokes an image of a bird house floating among trees. The irregular floor plan both separates and connects interior spaces.
